Nip Buddy

The Nip Buddy is an innovative product for identifying and protecting the exposed bolts on scaffold clips preventing contact injuries for workers during construction.

The product is made from thermoplastic elastomer (PTE) and due to the flexible nature of the material they provide a good fit so that they stay on and are effective in resisting removal by wind, contact and vibration. They are robust and not prone to splitting.

Due to the fact that the product stays in place on the bolt this results in less site litter, reduced maintenance to replace and product available for reuse on removal.

Once the particular operation is complete the product can be removed and reused, this can be repeated many times. When the product reaches end of life it is 100% recyclable.

The Nip Buddy is particularly suited to construction areas as it is small but effective in size and thus makes it economical for high volume use.
